Your Booking
Guests can book their favourite Elemis or La Thérapie treatments or embrace
the Spa InterContinental’s unique time to spa concept and simply pre-book
Pure Time. Advanced booking is recommended. Credit or debit card details or a valid gift voucher number are required to secure an appointment. Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment will be charged. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late appointments may not be honoured, and the full price of the treatment will apply.
We ask that you allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so that we can record your current spa needs and details, offer you a refreshment and the opportunity to relax in the lounge before your treatment.

Your Privacy
Your Spa Therapist will leave the room to allow you to dress in private. Throughout your treatment you will be modestly covered at all times. Paper underwear is available at your request. Regrettably Spa InterContinental cannot accept responsibility for any property left unattended during your visit.

Your Facilities
All treatment rooms are equipped with a private shower, changing area, wardrobe and vanity corner with hairdryer and accessories. Please be aware that as a day-spa we do not have facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi or gym. Guests are welcome to relax in our lounge after their treatments. For the comfort of all our guests, please switch off mobile phones.

Your Feedback
Whilst we endeavour to anticipate your every need, we understand that visiting a spa is a personal experience. Please let your therapist know if there is any way in which your experience can be enhanced.We kindly request that you complete a feedback form after your therapy.

Your Age
Guests under the age of sixteen, who are not staying within the hotel, must be accompanied by an adult. Regrettably we are unable to accommodate infants or children under the age of fourteen in the spa.

Special Care and Awareness
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your Spa Coordinator prior to making your booking as this may direct your treatment options.
